В Кыргызстане 43 тыс. рабочих мест было создано по госпрограмме «Социальный контракт»
Четвертый год в Кыргызстане реализуется программа «Социальный контракт» по поддержке малоимущих семей. Государство выделяет средства таким семьям для открытия бизнеса. Таким образом программа способствует не только организации условий для самозанятости, но и созданию новых рабочих мест. Поэтому соцконтракт стал приоритетным направлением в сфере занятости.
- В течение трех лет свыше 35 тыс. семей было предоставлено более 3,2 млрд сомов из республиканского бюджета. Кроме того, еще 3 тыс. семей были дополнительно профинансированы Всемирным банком. Благодаря бизнес-инициативам участников программы, было создано около 43 тыс. дополнительных рабочих мест, улучшены жилищные условия более 190 тыс. взрослых и детей, - сказал министр труда, социального обеспечения и миграции Кыргызстана Равшанбек Сабиров в интервью агентству «Кабар».
В прошлом году 20 тыс. человек было охвачено дополнительными мерами по содействию в трудоустройстве, такими как профессиональное обучение для получения востребованной профессии и привлечение к оплачиваемым общественным работам.
Во всех районах страны два раза в год проводятся ярмарки вакансий, в 2024 году в них приняли участие 16,8 тыс. человек, и каждый пятый был трудоустроен или получил направление на работу.
Кроме того, министр труда рассказал о мерах по поддержке занятости молодежи. Так, созданы центры профориентации, которые за год проконсультировали порядка 80 тыс. граждан. Реализуется пилотный проект по прохождению оплачиваемой стажировки для молодых людей в государственных и частных организациях по различным профессиям.

For trade unions, March 8 is not merely a day of spring and renewal. Above all, it is an opportunity to once again reflect on the role of women in the world of work and in global development as a whole. Today, women perform 55% of the world’s total labor. They work longer hours than men—by 6 to 13 hours per week—and still earn less: on average, women’s wages amount to 66–84% of men’s wages, depending on the country. There is objective evidence that the more a country values women’s labor and the smaller the gender pay gap, the more developed its economy. A special issue is the “invisibility” of women’s domestic and, as experts call it, reproductive labor. This is why trade unions should continue to fight for justice for working women.
I congratulate all women of the CIS, my colleagues in the parliamentary corps, and women in trade unions on International Women’s Day. I wish you justice, decent work, success, and prosperity!

The General Confederation of Trade Unions’ (GCTU) proposals are reflected in the draft CIS model law “On Cross-Border Insolvency and Bankruptcy.”
Trade unions must have the right to represent and protect workers’ interests in the bankruptcy of international companies, according to Viktor Pinsky, Member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and General Secretary of the GCTU.
